Wedding Planning SOS Call (45 min)
Sometimes you don't need a wedding planner. You just need someone who's planned a lot of weddings to talk something through with you.
Maybe you're stuck choosing between two vendors. Maybe you're not sure if you're spending too much on something. Maybe your timeline feels completely overwhelming, you have no idea what to do next, or you've reached the point where you just need someone to tell you if your plan actually makes sense.
That's where my Wedding Planning SOS Call comes in. I've worked in the wedding industry for more than a decade, so I've seen a lot of different weddings, budgets, timelines, vendors and last-minute planning dilemmas. This is a chance to bring your questions to me and get practical advice based on that experience.
Before our call, you'll send me a little information about your wedding and what you're stuck on. Then we'll spend our time focusing on the things you actually need help with.
What we can talk about
Your call can be completely tailored to what you need. We might talk about:
-
Choosing between vendors
-
Whether a vendor or package is worth the cost
-
Your wedding budget
-
Your timeline
-
How to organize your remaining to-do list
-
DIY wedding decisions
-
Wedding flowers and décor
-
Photography or other vendor questions
-
Guest experience
-
Ceremony and reception logistics
-
Things you may have forgotten to plan for
-
A wedding planning decision you're completely stuck on
-
Or anything else that's currently making you think, "I have no idea what I'm doing."
You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. That's kind of the point.
Planning a Toronto wedding on your own?
DIY wedding planning can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel like you're responsible for making every single decision yourself.
Whether you're planning a Toronto wedding, a backyard celebration, an intimate GTA wedding or a larger traditional wedding, you can bring the questions you're struggling with and we'll work through them together.
This isn't full-service wedding planning, and I'm not going to take over your wedding.
Think of it as having an experienced wedding professional in your corner for an hour — someone who can help you sort through the options, spot potential problems and give you an outside perspective when you need it.
Bring me your wedding planning SOS. We'll figure it out together.
Please note: This service provides general wedding planning guidance based on my professional experience. It does not include vendor booking, on-site coordination or full-service wedding planning.
